Responsible for providing or coordinating the development, maintenance, day-to-day support and optimization of the Contract and Plan Documents Team core business application (Contract Insight) to ensure productions of a quality product thereby delivering superior service and constituent satisfaction.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for configuration, upkeep and reliable operation of departmental Contract and Plan Documents core business application. Fully understands the behavior of the software in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems.

Ensures data integrity within the application

Manages application security features. Adds, removes and updates user account information and passwords.

Responsible for the efficiency and performance of the application. Researches and recommends innovative, and where possible automated approaches for administrative tasks.

Documents policy and procedure regarding application usage and configuration of the application.

Mentors, coaches and assists with the training for staff regarding software navigation and provides technical expertise critical in achieving key performance measures; may review the work of others or assist in quality assurance initiatives.

Collaborates cross-functionally as well as cross-departmentally to achieve business goals; influences change/enhancement to business processes, policies and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access.

Develops and produces reports from application.


Extensive technical experience supporting Plan Sponsor Services functions specifically Plan Documents, Summaries Benefits and Coverage and Administrative Service Agreements.

3-5 years recent and related experience required.

Database administration experience preferred.

Strong computer and problem solving skills

Effective verbal communication skills.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
