Description

This position is responsible for performing general clerical duties to help all departments at the Engine Integration Center.

  • Endorse and comply with all Cummins Central Power’s Safety policies and initiatives.

  • Endorse and actively support Cummins Central Power’s Customer Support Excellence (CSE) efforts.

  • Assist material flow department in the timely closing of WIP.

  • Answer phones and assist walk in customers and visitors.

  • Accounts payable tracking using Telamon.

  • Ingoing and outgoing mail.

  • Coordinate internal purchases.

  • Planning and coordinating meetings.

  • Submitting payroll.

  • Facilitating credit card and cash purchases.

  • Support accounting and internal controls requests.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • (Preferred) Associates degree in accounting, finance, or related field

  • Engine parts knowledge is preferred but not required.

  • Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

  • Must be a team contributor, detail oriented, and able to determine and set priorities to improve productivity while providing superior customer service to our customers
