Job Description:

CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Information Engineer opportunity located in Arlington, VA. Candidate must have Active SECRET Clearance.

SUMMARY: As an emerging expert, participates throughout systems development at the enterprise level, with particular emphasis in the front-end phases: planning and business process reengineering. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs strategic planning (mission, vision, goals, objectives, strategies, critical success factors). Conducts modeling (functional activity, business object, process, and workflow). Performs data administration, data standardization, and assists in database design, development, and implementation. Develops project standards and processes and uses automated development tools. Leads portions of a project development. Applies reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents. Often acts as user liaison and may augment test team. Plays a key role in defining project principles and practices. Provides technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated tools support. Provides leadership to less experienced Information Engineers. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cyber Security (CS) Program oversees development and implementation of the program’s Defense Industrial Base Network (DIBNet) to include database applications, administrative management tools and web-based information sharing portals. Specified Program Office duties include password control, creating/deactivating accounts, developing a tools worksheet, developing topic forums, installing new releases, correcting bugs, querying partners about increases in functionality, and to increase functionality. May also serve as an Action Officer on a variety of topics and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and maintain DIBNet portal/system

  • Develop DIBNet requirements

  • Support system administration requirements

  • Develop/recommend/manage content

  • Manage User Accounts

  • Develop briefing slides

  • General administrative duties

  • Compile correspondence and information packages

  • Process improvement and documentation

  • Assist with onboarding new companies and program outreach efforts

  • Conference material development and attendance

Required Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET

  • Bachelor’s degree 7-9 years of experience in managing web portal and databases

  • Technical expertise to enhance the usability and functionality of a portal environment

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to understand and de-conflict complex matters

  • IT troubleshooting/help desk skills and experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • IT training experience

  • Excellent customer skills

  • Project Manager/Action Officer experience

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7-9 years of related work experience
