Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general direction of team lead or CACI project manager, supports competitive source selection acquisitions to include use of FedSelect software; and provide procurement support services to assist government client.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Oversee the technical evaluation of source selection panel evaluation.

• Provide the panel member with evaluation feedback indicating as to whether the comments are sufficient or supportable prior to the contract specialist or contracting officer conducting the consensus.

• During the consensus process the moderator will document all of the discussions/evaluations in the FedSelect software.

• At the conclusion of each process the moderator will provide reports generated by the Fed Select software that will serve as the documentation for debriefing and the basis of the COIA.

Provide moderator and procurement support services to assist the government, especially to expand the use of the source selection tool to all other large scale (primarily) federally funded projects and professional services efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related (government acquisition) experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
