Workday is a cloud-based SaaS solution employed by IBM to support Human Capital Management processes. The Workday CoE is a team of administrators that provides production support to IBM’s tenancy in Workday. The scope includes all countries where Workday is deployed. The HR Organization Management Analyst will work with employees, managers and HR Professionals on the end to end process of organization management partnering with Finance, HR and other groups to influence a positive client experiance in processing transactions within and impacting Workday. This analyst role will work with our business leaders to assist with highly sensitive transactions, problem resolution and address concerns. Work with Executives and HR Business Unit Leaders on complex org management issues and concerns from end to end. Main ResponsibilitiesThe role will be required to perform the following responsibilities and activities, such as:• Be the first line of contact regarding Organization Management within IBM handling inquries, helping to resolve issues and guide processes• Perform simple Workday Changes and updates when required• Work to provide the best Client Experiance in being the point of contact regarding sensitive organization moves, changes and updates• Perform event and incident management, troubleshooting, and solutions• Perform ad hoc projects, as may be required

• HR Software Implementation Experience. At least 2 years• Workday certification • 1 end-to-end Workday delivered projects• Complex project delivery and transformation for at least 1 global implementation ​​ Working socially leveraging WIKI, Connections (key tenant – Work out Loud)
