Unit Description

Area Executive Chef position within Corporate Services in Atlanta, GA. The Area Executive Chef will oversee 7 sites for our premier client, Delta Airlines. This position will oversee 55 employees, including several salaried managers. Experience managing salaried managers is required. This is a working chef position, and the Executive Chef will work side by side with his/her team members to ensure the highest quality of production. Our offerings range from comfort foods to high end offerings for sr. level executives. High end culinary experience is a must. Caterings range from boxed lunches to events serving up to 18,000 people. Our ideal candidate will understand high volume production and scaling to each event. We are looking for a polished culinarian who feels comfortable working with our client and presenting to the CEO himself. The successful candidate will be very organized and able to ensure consistency across sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint is required.

Provides culinary leadership and expertise for a geographic area. Assists with menu and recipe development. Assists in training culinary staff. Assists in special functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree in culinary or related field

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in operations
