Job Description

PwC's Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm's overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams. The Learning Studio is responsible for the design, development and delivery of both formal and informal learning solutions and assets that create the development experience for PwC professionals. The studio combines specialty functions in live and digital learning, communities and collaborative learning, content curation, and learner experience to ensure partners and staff have access to the right learning at the right time and in the right place. Members of the Learning Studio work collaboratively across multiple functions within Learning and Development to translate our client’s development needs into innovative and effective solutions across lines of services and through a variety of modalities. The Learner Experience team drives high quality and innovation in program delivery across the entire Learning and Development portfolio (conferences, classrooms, virtual classrooms, market-based programs, digital learning, etc.). Teams with other enabling functions (meeting services, office services, market HR, etc.) to increase excellence and efficiency in execution. Manages all activities that support the delivery, registration, travel, and may include instructor sourcing etc. Engages with market leaders to coordinate and deliver high-quality learning solutions. Surfaces locally-identified needs to Strategists. Teams with Innovation team and the broader Studio group to identify and test next generation products, methods, approaches that enhance how learners experience learning and development.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2 Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: -Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training;

  • Learning management system functionality to enhance the learner experience; and, -Establishing effective networks and supervise onsite resources to accomplish implementation of L&D programs. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs in the following areas: -Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues; -Leveraging basic-level project management skills to plan and support manage the implementation of programs nationally, within a market, and/or in a virtual environment; -Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate;

  • Learning to use databases and other tools used to manage the scheduling and delivery of courses in the markets; -Leveraging presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients and other team members; and, -Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience.
