Summary:

Lead, manage, and develop an advanced Business Intelligence team in support of an operating Division. Implement an enterprise-wide strategic vision to elevate information and analytics to create a competitive advantage that fortifies Comcast's leadership position. Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Takes an informed and inspired view to deliver results by creating value and opportunity; has an external focus, anticipating new trends and customer needs. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual, and critical issues; not intimidated to find new and innovative ways to solve complex challenges. Develop long-term plans that measurably impact the achievement of business results.

Core Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Corporate EBI leadership team, will act as a highly collaborative partner to the Division Senior Leadership accountable for: driving Advanced Analytics and Decision Sciences deep into the organization, bringing EBI skills sets to bear on key projects in support of the Division Roadmap, assisting in the identification and elimination of duplicative efforts, leading the consistent application and interpretation of new data and metrics, evangelizing new tools, reports and processes

- Team development and operational excellence

- Attract, develop and retain top talent (recognition, professional development, team-building)

- Exhibit best practices in organizing efforts, coaching, mentoring and feedback

- Challenges teams to focus and perform at their peak

- Facilitate seamless integration and collaboration within and across EBI teams

- Routinely share insights and findings across EBI and with other stakeholders

- Maintain deep relationships with our key stakeholders throughout the Northeast Division

- Thoughtfully identify individual key stakeholders to engage with and determine the appropriate level of engagement in a very collaborative manner

- Routinely monitor their assessment of us (local and HQ teams)

- Provide insightful analytics in support of our key stakeholders' goals

- Proactively seek out opportunities from our key stakeholders to leverage our skills and capabilities

- Create robust analytical plans to determine proper direction and scope of analytic efforts

- Present findings in highly visual, easy-to-read presentations that are collaboratively vetted prior to sharing with senior leadership

- Drive the adoption, application, utilization of our Universal Data Environment and Frameworks

- Partner with and teach our key stakeholders and their teams in order to drive adoption, application and utilization

- Meaningfully collaborate and provide clear requirements to our HQ EBI departments to enhance our existing environment, tools and capabilities

- Routinely capture and document the impact the universal frameworks are having on the business

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's Degree or above

- Field of Study: Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing

- Certifications:-none required; advanced technical and statistical skills a plus

- Generally requires 15 years related experience
