Discover what you can do at IBM.Our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice is seeking an experienced Got To Market Leader with in depth knowledge of Data Science and related methods (regression modeling, algorithms), for building out our Advanced Analytical Healthcare Solutions business, including business development and delivery of our solutions to IBM's largest healthcare clients in North America.This is an opportunity for a driven Leader to build out this practice, develop and shape deals with our Healthcare clients and prospects, and build and develop a talented team. Responsibilities include:
Sales Executive: This individual will primarily be responsible for developing, selling and processing solutions, including developing offerings, sales strategy and execution
Delivery Executive: Responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise projects, including financial and operational management
Resource Management: Developing and leading IBM delivery resources, including career development and recruitment
Innovation: Contributing to overall healthcare thought leadership within IBM
Collaboration: Working within the IBM matrix to establish solutions that leverage the depth and breadth of IBM

At least 10 years experience in Healthcare, Data Science or related Analytics field (Payer, Provider, Life Sciences)
At least 8 years experience in Healthcare Analytics/Data Science Leadership Role (Dir or VP level)
At least 5 years experience with Statistical Analysis using Healthcare/Life Science data (patients, providers, claims, operational and regulatory reporting)
Demonstrated deep knowledge of R, SQL intermediate, SPSS, machine learning, AI, data extraction, preparation including setting up math optimization and writing custom code to solve in R and testing and tuning in R and SQL
Comfortable with Methodologies like Markov models, non-linear regressions, time series models (holt winters, exp smoothing, multivariant etc.)
Proven ability for story telling with data (explain what the data means in business context)
Proven track record of selling and delivering $5M to $8M in sales
