IBM Global Leader- Organizational Change in Austin, Texas

The Global Leader - Organization Change lead is a key member of our Global Acceleration Program (GAP) team. The GAP team is responsible for scaling Agile organization design, ways of working and governance across IBM. The Global Leader - Organization Change lead is responsible for working across the Agile Acceleration programs to provide guidance and support for the design of Agile teams and organization design. This workstream understands the workflow and the roles required for Agile teams and supports the formation and design of new organization based on design principles: The responsibilities include:

  • Work with and train Local Accelerate Teams (LAT) org structure work stream team and leads

  • Provides templates and methods

  • Develop, refine and share design principles, best practices and learnings

  • Updates the organization structure artefact and templates as needed

  • Regular coordination and communication with executive management both written and oral

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship While the position can be located across the US, candidates located in these IBM cities are preferred: NYC/Armonk, NY, Cambridge, MA, Austin TX, and RTP, NC.Travel is between 25-50 percent. The travel is a combination of domestic and international travel to IBM sites.
