Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations - C&IP Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations practice is a leader in helping companies integrate business strategy with supply chain initiatives to drive operational excellence. Our deep industry experience encompasses new product development, inventory strategy and integrated demand planning, sourcing and commodity management, manufacturing footprint strategy and operations, distribution network and logistics optimization, and sustainability. We employ programmatic approaches, leverage analytics capabilities, and offer managed services that can help improve top-line growth, lower costs, reduce response times and increase productivity. Work you ll do You along with dynamic colleagues will help companies develop, implement, and operationalize multichannel customer interaction capabilities for both external and internal customer-facing operations. Typical project responsibilities of a Manager could include: Develop the detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address C&IP clients biggest challengesParticipate in setting engagement objectives and scopeDevelop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scopeDesign deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needsStrive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of resultsParticipate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities The team Deloitte Managers in the C&IP practice work with a project team dedicated to a single client, taking direction from the project leader. Our Principals/Partners/ Directors serve as the project leaders and Managers work with them and other Consultants at all levels, often with exposure to clients C-level executives, organizational leaders and team members. Managers will lead work streams of client projects and contribute to the overall engagement delivery. Project teams work onsite with the client team, typically necessitating travel three to four nights a week. QualificationsRequired:Bachelor s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record6 years of professional experience in C&IP industry, and/or a few years functioning as a Manager in a Consulting environment.Clear understanding of Product strategy, portfolio management, product and technology roadmaps, go-to-market planning, product development, R&D, product lifecycle management.
