Discover what you can do at IBM.What You’ll Do:This role is for an Associate Partner within the SAP practice, which delivers SAP implementation services across all sectors of IBM within North America. This individual will be responsible for delivery of projects, developing the go-to-market strategy, business development, cross-selling with other IBM services, proposal development, ensuring the quality of engagement delivery, thought leadership, keeping the practice members utilized, and ultimately growing services revenue each year. The SAP Associate Partner will be very knowledgeable with required SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, and configuration requirements and integration with other modules and SAP's Business Intelligence. This individual will lead practitioners to develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. You will be advising corporate executives (CxO’s) and leaders (VPs and Directors)our internal client teams on the benefits delivered by S/4 Enterprise Management, S/4HANA and how IBM GBS will provide the services to get them there. You will help craft and deliver answers to client questions like “Why should I move to S/4 HANA Finance?” and “How do I move to S/4 HANA Finance” and “How can I get more benefits out of my SAP finance data with cognitive applications?”Sales and Delivery You will support sales at key accounts by leading the scoping, solutioning, and program planning around SAP FI S/4 HANA Enterprise Management. You must be a great storyteller. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP S/4 HANA deals, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals. You will support delivery teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing S/4 programs and help kickoff and plan new ones.Offer Development and DifferentiationYou will help IBM differentiate itself by leading the development of cognitive extensions to S/4 HANA Enterprise Management. It is your responsibility to collaborate with our Watson team to ensure the latest cognitive solutions and perspectives are included in our SAP solutions.   • At least 6 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live

  • At least 2 years of combined implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • At least 1 year of S/4HANA experience with finance specific Fiori Apps and HANA Live contents.

  • At least 3 years work experience in a consulting firm.

  • At least 4 years of solid business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience

  • At least 2 years of experience selling finance transformation programs, including strategic alignment with executives, solution development, and closing business.
