Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE contract for an LMP Analyst I. The Analayst provides technical guidance for AWRDS, LMP, RPAT and other contractors as the mission requires.Monitors the transfer of equipment into AWRDS, LMP, SDS and resulting Inter-Depot Transfer (IDT) process for all classes of equipment.Develops and produces reports to monitor and evaluate content of the daily file transfer between AWRDS and LMP.Analyzes reports to identify potential systemic issues and/or anomalies. Performs causative research, and initiates staff actions for corrections.Performs queries, trend analysis and produces reports as required.Creates and implements desk top procedures and tools to capture and develop actionable logistics intelligence from disparate supply system data.Segregates transactional data exceeding established date time stamp standards.Maintains situational awareness of current operations, reviews orders, and identifies impact and constraints to AWRDS/LMP operations.Develop AD-HOC queries to meet specific information requirements. Identify procedural, hardware, or software voids and prepare SOPs, DA 2028 (policy), DA 5005- R (ECPs).Performs data entry using a PC into the AWRDS and LMP systems.Adjusts equipment configurations in AWRDS.Accomplishes receipt processing (inventory adjustments, equipment receipts, etc). Uses AWRDS query module to obtain information and resolves problems. Installs software and performs basic systems administration.Prepares monthly readiness reports.Conducts issue and receipt of equipment and supplies from wholesale to retail accountability systems.Accomplishes receipt processing (maintenance work orders, inventory adjustments, equipment receipts, etc..Defines and develops government information requests.Performs a variety of analyst functions pertaining to inventory, warehouse CRSP; & and DQE operations (to include setting up and using a PDA).Scans and logs equipment. Downloads PDA's. Resolves PDA rejects. Liaises with government officials as required.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • 6 months AWRDS and LMP experience required.

  • Must be knowledgeable in utilizing automated systems, to include, Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and existing supply systems that interface with LIW such as the Logistics Integrated Database (LID B), Automated Reset Management Tool (ARMT), TPE Planner, Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) Tools, Global Transportation Network (GTN), Single Mobility System (SMS), Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV), Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), and Standard Line Item Number Module Automated Management and Integrated System (SLAMIS) Logistics Management Program (LMP).

  • Knowledgeable in Army Records Management System for record keeping in accordance with Federal Law and AR 25-400-2, The Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS).

  • Experience with property accountability procedures.Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, required.Must have strong problem solving techniques.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent analytical and customer service skills

  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an analyst role performing system analysis and writing functional and technical specifications preferred.
