Drive sales of Windstream key products and services with WS Alternate Channel Partners. HSI, Access lines, Entertainment services, Bundle Adders, and AP revenue are included and drive monthly revenue success.
Meet customer expectations while balancing Windstream Revenue and retention needs. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Deliver on commitments to customers (internal and external). National Sales Manager to conduct bi-weekly Partnership Calls and Calibration sessions with all Alternate Channel partners within her realm of responsibility. Maintain Medallia survey data and share with all partners.
Engagement with all vendors to drive sales penetration. Assure that correct collateral/promotion is presented always and the Partner/Agent understands current offers. Propose special initiatives to drive sales and work with the Channel Support team/"Go to Market" task force to implement. During 2017, CAE will facilitate the expansion of the distribution channel through increasing the active dealers with Perfect 10 (Master Distributor) and increasing the launch at AT&T Mobility Stores across our footprint.
