Job Description

Drive achievement of Delivery promise action plan to sustained benefit delivery implement in Bitumen business. Moreover to communicate to our customers and other business functions.

Accountabilities:

  • Key responsibility istomanagebitumen productdelivery to customerandensuring all road transport deliveries are on agreed schedules with the right order/amount safely. This includes overseeing the management of road transport and related contracts are maintained as well asin compliance.

  • Monitor and determine needed intervention on scheduling and delivery matters to eliminate back orders

  • Maintain good relationship with customers to manage enquiry and support on their orders as well as timely updates. Customer Escalation Management – responsible to investigate and Resolve Customer Complaint within SLA (Service-Level Agreement).

  • Coordinate with other business function and CSC (Customer Service Centre) to meet customer's satisfactions

  • Monitoring and improve of order to delivery schedules to ensure correct and timeliness with accuracy in reporting within Service Level Agreements. Responsible to monitor and manage urgent orders (both domestic and international)

  • Management of our Haulier partners from monitoring delivery of contractual services to billing matters are accurate and timely manner. Involves continuous improvement to drive lower cost where possible.

  • Coordinate and collaborate on regular basis with Refinery to confirm Bitumen quota to be on track to optimize efficiency and correct stock take at all times demand/supply in order to manage truck delivery to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in supply planning, inventory control and Logistics in a manufacturing

  • Experience in manufacturing system (i.e. SAP, ISO9000)

  • Understanding of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System

  • Strong analytical skill with commercial mindset

  • Good negotiate and cooperative skills

  • Excellent communication skill in Thai and English
