Customer Service Representative is an opportunity with Silgan. This position will be allocated in Barcelona.

Our Customer Service Representatvie, provides services to national/international clients with respect to follow-up of orders, and solve related incidents and claims.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: ¨

  • Reception and sales order processing of national/international client orders.

  • Manage derlivery tiem information.

  • Manage client incidents and concerns

  • Maintenance of a part of the client documetnations and unification of documents , contracts , commercial, documentation file.

  • Manage client requests for new projects.

  • Interact with other departments (planning/Logistic) for correct and delivery time management.

  • Contact the lcient for follow-up of order claims, incidents and returns.

  • Contact the lcient to make arrangements to pick up order returns.

Job Requirements:

BASIC TRAINING:

  • Middle Degree (Professional)

MAIN COMPETENCIES:

  • Account and order management (ability to handle client accounts and customer orders effectively )

  • Issue identification and pathing (ability to recognize how to best handle a custsomer issue)

  • Coordination ( effectiveness of partnering with internal groups such as sales, planning, logistics, and supply chain )

  • Opportunity Development (ability to proactively seek out new opportunities within current clients accounts)

  • Customer Presence (level of confidence and credibility in front of the customer)

LANGUAGES:

  • English & French, advanced level.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
