Verizon Senior Analyst - External Communications in Basking Ridge, New Jersey
What you’ll be doing...
The Culture and Employee Communications team produces events, webcasts, and cultural activities and creates stories and produces videos across the business. This person will act as a project manager assisting in the planning and production of events, town hall meetings, roundtable discussions and webcasts and if necessary, travel to the events. This person will also support and assist in the planning and organization of Verizon Wireless video production, communication plans, eCRM and a centralized news center. The person should have a strong ability to tell stories across a variety of channels (e.g. video, photos, print).
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Experience in event production.
Ability to identify, prioritize, delegate and conduct appropriate follow-up on all variations of projects, including cross-functional projects.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
The ability to support multiple projects and clients and work in a team environment.
Strong design and social media skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
