What you’ll be doing...

The Agile Product Development Coaching team will lead the organization and successfully deliver the implementation of a Lean, Agile, Design Thinking mindset across product, network, IT using Lean Business Agility methodologies. The team is responsible for the effective transition, continuous use, and sustained adoption of Lean Product Development techniques that deliver the right products to market. The Agile Coach Manager (ACM) is responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring the team comprised of experienced Scrum Masters and Agile facilitators - helping them successfully teach, grow, and perform.

The Agile Coach Manager (ACM) manages a collection of teams and projects that are part of a larger Lean Product Development epic.

The ACM leads and coaches efforts across various product management, product development, and sales/marketing operations to set expectations appropriately and advocate the same objectives and values to achieve product revenue commitments and business cases.

The ACM is a sponsor, who provides work expertise, problem solving guidance, program direction, and transfer of knowledge to others.

The ACM is responsible for directing multiple project teams to get work done, allocating and shuffling resources, managing programs and projects, removing impediments and distractions, and resolving escalations and conflicts.

The ACM is a People Developer, responsible for the growth of individuals and project teams by providing 1:1 coaching, skills development advice, team dynamics and behavioral coaching, performance reviews, and performance assessments

The ACM continuously drives process improvement, identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, providing necessary tools and resources, establishing standards and best practices, and leading training and education.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have-

  • Bachelor's Degree or six or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Product Management /Agile Experience

Even better if you have:

  • Technical Skills

  • Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development

  • Understand other processes and methodologies (e.g. waterfall, classical lifecycle management, etc) and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

  • Understand basic fundamentals of product development processes and procedures

  • Understand the value of team commitments to delivery made by a scrum team

  • Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics

  • Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition

  • Familiarity with common Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
