Verizon Senior Product Manager - Wireless in Basking Ridge, New Jersey
What you’ll be doing...
We are looking for a Senior Manger to lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the product marketing and management for the Digital Identity product line. TWirelesshe Senior Manager will be tasked with: identifying opportunities, consumer pain points and then solving the problem with the right products to drive value and revenue.
This person will own the Consumer Products Roadmap from start to finish. That includes: strategy, ideation, proof of concept, financial models, commercialization and lifecycle management
Define marketing requirements – writing and prioritizing use cases
Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
Use critical thinking to get to the root of product issues, executive questions, etc and be able to both deep dive but also cover broad topic areas to synthesize your own analysis and succinct recommendation for path forward
Develop the product roadmap, including feature enhancements
Write business cases to support product plans
Interact with key stakeholders as part of prioritization and execution
Product support, testing and cross-functional communication
Create and drive marketing plans to grow subscribers and revenue
Collaborate closely with PMO and GTM teams to drive successful product launches and revenue enhancements
Develop plans to continuously improve the customer experience
Market trends, Ownership Mentality, and New Ideas
Follow current industry trends, competitive activity in the marketplace
Drive and own product deliverables – high-level business rationale, market/product fit, etc.
User experience interviews and testing to gather continuous customer insights
Research, Design and Field Visits
Research of features and UX enhancement
Work with design teams to define new user experiences that feed product plans
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:.
Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in defining, developing and launching software based consumer products.
Marketing strategy and go to market planning experience.
Even Better if you have:
Master’s degree; ideally your MBA.
Demonstrated strategic thinking – able to define how strategies ladder up to overall company objectives.
A proven track record of taking high level concepts and drilling down to executable projects.
Previous experience demonstrating an understanding of consumer problems and how to solve them.
Demonstrated understanding of authentication, log-in and data access.
UX experience or at minimum a demonstrated user empathy through consumer product design.
Experience defining user stories for agile development.
Proven ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Prior demonstrated business acumen with ability to execute and deliver new products and services by working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Network, Legal, IT, Finance and Customer Care).
Ability to develop and present executive level presentations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong logical, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
