The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Integration Analyst will be responsible for project scope, defining and driving critical business initiatives to enhance company performance & enable CRM capabilities through system configuration. This Analyst will also need to translate abstract concepts in to clear and actionable deliverables and drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions. Providing guidance for the business solutions, based on deep functional knowledge of the CRM system with a focus on 360-degree view of customer and ability to design/implement system solutions from customer experience perspective. Successful candidates for this position will work onsite at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Monroe center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with packaged applications, including SAP CRM, SAP C4C, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar enterprise-level applications
CRM functional knowledge of account management, contact management, activity management and lead/opportunity management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
Willingness to work both in production support and on new initiatives
