IBM Vice President of Transformation in BEAVERTON, Oregon

The VP of Transformation translates business strategy into actionable and prioritized enterprise-level change initiatives. This role formulates and structures change by identifying and applying common patterns across processes and functions. This role leads transformation programs and focuses on enabling on-time delivery of targeted business value. This role plays a key role in developing talent.Key Accountabilities• Formulates and negotiates value proposition• Leads enterprise level change programs to realize value• Develops team members, acts as coach, and leads by example• Delivers work products as needed in the scope of transformative change engagements• Pro-actively participates in the definition and continuous improvement of enterprise standards for change delivery• Engages outside expertise as appropriate to grow client’s knowledge base. • At least 5 years of experience in leading transformative engagements• At least 5 years of experience in leading consulting teams• Experience working with executives to define change drivers and transformation programs• Experience managing budget of at least $1M
