Position Summary 职位概述

To ensure prompt, efficient, courteous with a smile service to all guests at all times. To follow company standard operating procedures, policy and to maintain it at all times. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Outlet Supervisor and Manager and within limits of the established Hotel Policies & Procedures and Brand Service Standards. To ensure the maximum guest satisfaction is achieved in his/her work at all times.


Ask Supervisor for regular SALT scores and guest comments and feedback, and to be aware with it.


Follow action plans from supervisor and manager in order to improve SALT scores


To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind


To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you灵活,积极,快速应对各种可能的工作变化

To help in creating anenvironment where everyone in the department works together as a team in “creating that special experience”努力营造一个团结的工作小组
