lActively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Sales Revenue budget.

lClosely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.

lMaximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

lAssists the Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) and groups.

lImplements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) asoutlined in the Sales Revenue plan.

·Above Average command of English

·Above average presentation skills

·Above average working knowledge of MS Office, Fidelio and Delphi a plus

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:

·Minimum college/university degree preferable in Business or Hotel Management

·Equivalent certificate (minimum 2 years) from Hotel School

·At least two years experience as a Sales Executive or One year experience as Sales Manager of a non-international chain hotel.
