Hilton Night Auditor (Permenant Part Time) in Brisbane, Australia

As a Night Auditor, you will review financial reports, investigate anomalies, reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manger, Night Manager and Finance team.

A Night Auditor with Hilton Hotels and Resorts reviews daily revenues against Guest receipts and reports and investigates any anomalies. This role also includes hotel reception duties, including guest service, check-in/out of guest and assisting with guest enquiries.

As a permanent-part time team member you will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours for the first 3 weeks of a month and 38 hours in the 4th week of the month.

What will I be doing?

The Night Auditor will complete the following tasks:

  • Review of all end of day revenues against logged reports/receipts
  • Edit all reports to ensure accuracy
  • Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and revenues
  • Providing exceptional service to our internal and external guests
  • Check in/out of guests
  • Manage loyalty members profiles preferences/accounts
  • Customize pre-arrival text messages

  • Computer literate, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department
  • A minimum of one year previous experience in night audit operations
