Role Focus:

Operational

Conduct regular audits of work Provide timely administration support to clients and consultants Accurate completion and maintenance of HBB Ensure appropriate team members achieve and maintain threshold competency Work prioritisation and allocation Set and work within client budget and bill to recover Conduct regular PfS meetings Provide a service compliant with Mercer procedures and Code of Professional Conduct and any appropriate external regulatory bodies To share initiatives and experience Peer review Communication of all relevant information to team and to management Champion for change management Clients

Manage the administration of personal and team portfolio of clients To work with the consultant to agree the service specification and service delivery for each client To attend client meetings as required To ensure client relationships in the offices are managed effectively Deal with complex client and member queries 100% client retention Financial

Achieve portfolio revenue growth as agreed with manager Achieve own and team financial goals Manage WIP People
