This content will be uniquely conceived to be HR audience centric, cut through the noise in the market, and compel our HR buyers to act. Working within the HR Profession marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will develop compelling content for use in European campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Create competitive advantage by articulating the content strategy that address key client imperatives - Develops messaging, and storylines for the HR target audience- Drive profession eminence, by applying domain expertise to ensure a single voice for IBM across all segments - Package and manage content for social media and digital channels and support to external eminence and reputation- Drives content to activate clients, sellers and business partners through scalable but customizable experiences that differentiate IBM’s capabilities- Leads integration of IBM solutions targeting HR professionals into marketing plan - Collaborates with Portfolio Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager and Digital Strategist to create and execute plans to activate conversations- Collaborates with agencies in order to generate the right content materials for the target audiences in line with the business priorities and to drive the business objectives
