IBM Digital Journey Optimization Strategist (English) in BUCHAREST, Romania

As Digital Journey Optimization Strategist you will be responsible for developing the IBM’s visitor journey to the IBM Marketplace for the assigned countries. You will align with the new Marketing & Communication Digital Optimization discipline and fully contribute to Marketing Transformation.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the efficiency of the visitor journey throughout ibm.com's footprint pages to IBM’s Marketplace, through:• Quality checking and correcting for the specific language: make sure translations are properly implemented if needed, contact details are local, links to the local pages, live chat implementation• Optimization of the website for Demand Generation: Search Engine Optimization, content localization, A/B testing• Develop a desired visitor journey for the priority products of your local market, get stakeholders’ buy-in and work with different teams to get your plan implemented.• Partner with web development team to implement fixes/ updates• Team with the specialists in the other areas and local country marketing teams in order to deliver best results to the business• Manage stakeholder communications, from a digital optimization perspective, for your given market.• Keep track of your activities and continuously run analytics in order to monitor the results of your activity and make adjustments as you go.

• 3 to 5 years of digital marketing and demand generation experience• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong project management skills, self-managed, with the drive to initiate and lead your own projects• Ability to understand what drives web traffic and how it relates to the client buyers journey• Strong understanding of the web production process - Working experience with CMS (Content Management Systems)
