Join us!Key Activities & ResponsibilitiesManaging customer events collaborating with pan-country Market Managers and aligned by Industries. In charge end-to-end from planning, execution, lead management and learning.The role requires a strong understanding of the demand generation campaign process end to end from planning to tactic execution with a specific focus on events.You ensure all deadlines are met for on-time in-market delivery of campaigns. Ensure all planning information is complete to enable tracking of results. Review campaign results and recommends adjustments. Adheres to the marketing process, business controls and demonstrates proper application of the marketing tools. Maintain flexibility to respond to business stresses and gaps while keeping program execution on course.Work on end to end campaign planning, management, execution and results analysis• Define, plan & execute tactics in accordance with the given budget to achieve defined targets• Assist team with planning requirements; provide recommendation by leveraging global assets or best practices• Build business case and ensure response lead management is in place• Drive the activities which will include a focus on pan-IMT activities and events• Monitor and measure campaign performance, take any corrective actions when necessary• Provide campaign learning and recommendation for better enablement and executionInteract with internal and external teams• Manage agency relationships, prepare briefs for agencies and make sure services delivery is in line with expectations• Interface with necessary worldwide, European focal points, program owners around tactic planning & execution• Interlock with digital specialists to utilize social media platforms to better promote our campaigns, which involve communities creation, designing messages, understand target audience & conducting live promotional activities• Interlock with communication and enablement specialist to coordinate all required tactics• Share and/or adopt best practices and apply lessons learned with marketing teams in Bucharest, in European countries or worldwide.Implement marketing tools and business controls requirements• Integrate seamlessly and constantly update all marketing tools and processes to secure end to end executions, particularly on Customer Event Process• Execute end to end any necessary deployment in tools (like Planning, tactic code, Event Solution tool) or approval (financial, legal)• Leverage Unica to execute multi-touch campaigns, email blasts, proactive telemarketing campaigns, setting up nurture streams, follow up on responses etc.• Leverage reporting tools to follow budget commitment, performance metrics and business impact• Follow any country specific regulations in a multi-countries environment in Europe.Communicate efficiently with appropriated content to audience• Provide some announcement of activities and some project status report• Prepare presentation for marketing leaders and executives• Leverage external and internal websites, social media capabilities as any collaborative internal tools like IBM Connections or Cloud meeting• Contribute actively in internal meetings as conference callsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
