Eaton Corporation Sales Channel Manager EMEA Hydraulics in Budapest, Hungary
Location: Budapest, Hungary - Eaton's EMEA Business Service Center
The primary function of the role is to develop and implement a sales channel strategy for the Hydraulics EMEA business, and to create and implement performance management programs, processes and support functions for the effective marketing of Eaton products and services through Eaton’s various sales channels based on the markets & channel needs, wants and trends.
Develop and co-ordinate the strategy for target Market segment and channel approach for EMEA region
Ensure that the product divisions are correctly addressing the Market Segment and Channels needs through the development of tailored ’best in class’ products, offerings and programs
Create and manage channel programs consistently and measure their impact on distributor sales. Manage the administration of distributor agreements with assistance of Contracts manager.
Interface with the Eaton Sales Team in the promotion of Eaton Services and liaison from sales/marketing to the Technical Support groups.
Manage the creation, implementation and maintenance of Distribution Channel related programs.
Coordinate ongoing company and industry meetings such as the Eaton Distributor Meeting, EDAC, CETOP, VDMA and others as appropriate with personnel availability and budget guidelines.
Manage regular communications to all EMEA channel partners.
Coordinate the aggregation and analysis of market data from various internal and external sources.
Minimum of University degree, preferably business related plus minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
Strategic mindset, able to work with concepts and turn concepts into reality
Proven track record of achieving business success in Sales & Marketing with deep experience in Channel / Distribution management and Market Segment specific solution selling
High skill level in administrative/organizational processes related to program development and corporate approval/implementation/reporting
Strong statistical skills utilized for market trend data analysis and program proficiency
Strong public speaking/presentation skills utilized in conjunction with participation in various Eaton and industry meetings
Ability to work with distribution organizations and understand complexities unique to international distribution.
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate project management.
