Job Description:

CACI International Inc., is seeking a Future Operations Joint Operations & Intelligent Integration Officer (JIAO) to support our DoD customer at Camp Smith, HI.

Summary:

The selected candidate will provide joint integration of operations and intelligence support needed to enhance Department of Defense, Interagency, and Country Team operational effectiveness throughout the USPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on a unique, multi-disciplined team assisting Special Operations Command Pacific SOJ35 Future Operations (FUOPS) and SOJ3X Special Program Divisions

  • Conduct multi-disciplined research, production, and assessment to deliver informed operational-focused recommendations for course of action development and concept of operation (CONOP) production.

  • Increase situational awareness through discovery characterization of threats; identification of critical nodes; isolation of associated gaps; and fusion of data sets to broker and enable full spectrum SOF operations.

  • Assist the SOJ35 and SOJ3X Branch and Division Chiefs in developing tactical to operational CONOPs to enable communities of action to disrupt, dismantle, deny, and defeat those networks.

  • Facilitate all phases of the F3EAD cycle through Preparation of the Environment (PE); Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) efforts; Information Operations (IO); Law Enforcement operations; and Unconventional Warfare (UW) in support of COMSOCPAC and CDR USPAOCM objectives.

  • Categorize and assist in prioritizing requests for support, conduct near, mid and long-term examination of problems.

  • Apply a multi-disciplinary approach while establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with integral members of relevant communities of interest to directly support the application of SOF operational capabilities and facilitate desired effects.

  • CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or 15 years’ military experience

  • Twelve (12) years’ experience in multi-disciplined intelligence operations supporting SOF at the tactical and operational levels.

  • Seven (7) years of operational or tactical level military deployments/interagency team environment within the USPACOM AOR that includes:

  • SOF-focused Intelligence, Collections and Targeting Cycles and understanding of SOF core competencies, TTPs, and operations, and preparation of the environment and Advanced Special Operations Techniques.

  • Routine use of analytic support tools common to the Intel Community and experience with DoD and USG IA plans, policies and planning processes and subsequent development of operations, actions and activities that operationalize campaign objectives.

  • Six (6) years minimum experience within Advanced Special Operations Technique (ASOT) Level II and/or Military Source Operations (MSO) support production.

  • Five (5) years’ experience with conducting in-person engagements with senior members of USG Agencies within CONUS, the National Capital Region (NCR) and at overseas locations, to include presentation of operational concepts for approval by senior officials, offices, support cells and mission centers.

  • Five (5) years’ experience with DoD and USG IA plans, policies and planning processes and subsequent development of operations, actions and activities that operationalize campaign objectives.

  • Three (3) years’ experience with the conduct of assessments and the quantifying of performance and effectiveness measures.

  • One (1) year experience with Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS).

  • Seven (7) years’ experience working within US Federal Law Enforcement investigative strategies and processes.

  • Six (6) years’ experience in Special Access Programs (SAP) and/or Special Technical Operations (STO).

  • Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
