Hilton Internship - Sales & Marketing - 6 months - valid per June 2018 in Capital Region, Belgium
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial trainee. You will have a central role in a dynamic team working for the Hilton Brussels Grand Place and assist the Sales Coordinator and Sales Manager in their daily tasks.
Specifically, a Sales Trainee will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
§Identify and prospect new potential clients
§Preparing and updating daily / weekly / monthly report
§Maintenance of Sales reports and databases to have most-up-to date information available
§Coordination and research of incoming RFP’s :CREF / RFPs , Local Corporate agreements
§Collecting, analysing information of top accounts with the use of various channels in order to increase productivity of the sales team.
§Preparation and active participation to Race Days, Sales Blitzes
§Attend monthly Sales Communication meeting
§Support and attend site inspection, hotel events, corporate events and all events which will be agreed by the Director of Sales Cluster
§Assist in the preparation of Familiarization trips.
§Strong communication skills

§Able to meet deadlines - Self-starters
§Excellent polite and persuasive telephone manner
