Eaton Corporation Quality Engineer in Changzhou, China

  • Define the quality control plan, work instructions and checklist and ensures its implementation via process/product audit etc.

  • Responsible for customer complaint, return handling and continuous improvement

  • Assure that manufactured machines meet specified standard and acceptance criteria’s requirement

  • Support on team’s quality statistics and report

  • Organize quality improvement meeting for failure analysis, improvement plan etc. with cross function team

  • Participant internal audit and continuous improvement

  • Cooperate with the team in improve of process and quality; ensure the achievement of quality objective.

  • Work with team on resolving effective materials issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Other tasks assigned within the quality department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical or Electrical

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • At least 5 years’ work experience in machine manufacturing company as product quality engineer

  • Strong internal/external customer responsiveness, good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Be familiar with ISO9001 Quality management system, QC tools, lean Six sigma is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to take complex customer requirement into production
