CACI International AMHS Administrator in Chantilly, Virginia
CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our DHS Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services & Support (SENS3) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through SENS3 including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services.
Will be the Subject matter expert responsible for operating the of the Automated Message Handling Systems (AMHS). Applicant must ensure, replication and disaster recovery of the system. Monitor and tune the performance of AMHS server; Schedules jobs, and run scripts with SQL agent for data access including message counts and organizational information. Generate and run monthly reports for Organizational Messaging, monitor doubletake replication through doubletake management console on SQLServers.
Provide remote operations and management of AMHS servers
Provide engineering support
Ensure connectivity to external service providers
Provide technical expertise to resolve network and other operational events and trouble tickets
Provide administrative support of installed systems/networks; assigning and controlling addresses, revising system configurations.
Assist in network planning for contingencies, exercises, and current operations.
Review and validate network plans and network changes.
Provide Level III engineering assistance for immediate and emergency troubleshooting / problem resolution.
Ability to run reports and track back-end infrastructure and licenses.
Other duties as required.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Current TS/SCI Clearance
DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)
Experience with operation and maintenance of AMHS services
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years working in a classified networking environment and a BA/BS degree or experience in lieu
