CACI International APEC Quality Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description:

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our DHS Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services & Support (SENS3) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through SENS3 including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. This position is contingent upon award of the SENS3 Program.

Functional Responsibility:

The candidate will work as part of a centralized team of quality assurance and continuous improvement specialists who are matrixed across the SENS3 program. Leverage a common set of QA and CSI processes and apply them to driving high quality and continual improvement into the SENS3 Agile Engineering and Projects Center (APEC). Assist the Chief Architect, Project Portfolio Manager and HSDN/C-LAN Lead Engineers in establishing standard policies, processes and procedures. Perform regular quality audits, identify areas for improvement and assist with development of Service Improvement Plans that provide measurable improvement in quality, cost and speed of service delivery.

Specific RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support QA and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Task Order (TO) Manager in the audit and administration of the Quality Assurance Plan for the SENS3 APEC work area

  • Own the document, deliverable, and work product review workflow on the SENS3 portal

  • Conduct quality audits on TO services and work products Develops processes in conjunction with user requirements

  • Audits processes and products at the project levels

  • Assist with developing, track and maintain documentation on service improvement plans

  • Reviews requirements, specifications and documentation to gain understanding of programs/processes to be certified

  • Validates results, reports discrepancies and follows through to ensure that all issues are resolved

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Secret Clearance

  • TS/SCI Eligible

  • DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance

  • Good statistical computer, analytical and research skills

  • Typically requires a BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience
