We are looking for an experienced pricing analyst to support our many Requests for Proposal (RFPs). We value a self-starter with the ability to collaborate in the RFP process, who can analyze and identify client needs and build pricing models. You must effectively manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
In this position you will partner with a senior contracts manager and a team of professionals to execute FAR-compliant pricing strategies supporting growth while remaining compliant to RFP mandates.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, flexible, dependable and proactive. Be well-rounded in federal government business with a focus in pricing and labor hour estimating, ODCs, material requirements, overhead pools, financial modeling, cost narratives and RFP compliance. You must be able to drive success by meeting aggressive deadlines while working with your peers and effectively communicating pricing strategies and risk to the C level.

B.A., B.S. in a related field preferred, along with five years’ experience in pricing positions
Five years’ experience directly related to federal government proposal development
Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel/Office creating complex, inter-related models and workbooks
Knowledge of the Service Contract Act, Federal Acquisition Regulations and other government-related applicable standards and regulations
Knowledge of the security services marketplace, the market and competitors
Ability to construct high quality estimating and pricing models in MS Excel
Superior written and communicative skills and the ability to propose alternate solutions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to meet strict timelines
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
