Summary:

· TheFinancial Payroll Analyst(FPA) manages the collection of WPS labor timekeeping, the preparation of payroll inputs and the validation of payroll distribution to American, Third Country Nationals and Local Nationals assigned to the WPS Program Office and WPS task orders. TheFPAreceives data from deployed task order management via Vision Valiant Biometric Timekeeping and “uploads” these into Chenega Cost Point timekeeping systems. TheFPAwill then analyze this data and validates this with the task order management while providing validated labor timekeeping to the PMO Program Controller (for billing) as well as managing Valiant Vision for the development and distribution of payroll to American, TCN and LN labor via electronic funds transfer.

· Receive and review labor time collection information provided via Valiant Vision Biometric Time Collection as well as Task Order “muster sheets”.

· Compare, review and resolve inconsistencies between these two sources.

· Validate the labor hours and costs.

· Provide validated labor hours to the Program Controller to support invoice development to the Client.

· Accurately upload Valiant Vision time collection data into Chenega Cost Point. Assist corporate in the development of payroll.

· Monitor payroll distribution to the American, TCN and LN employees. Receive copies of payroll distribution reports from the bank supporting TCN and LN labor.

· Coordinate with the task order management teams and as well as the Country Management Office.

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

· An associate’s degree from an accredited university/college; or equivalent of four years general experience; or clear demonstration to the selecting official, through prior job performance or education, an ability to perform the duties of this position.

· One year of experience managing timekeeping for a government contracted services.

· In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

  • Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
