Job Description:

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our DHS Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services & Support (SENS3) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through SENS3 including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services.

CACI is looking for a Project Manager who manages assigned IT Service Design projects for DHS HSDN and C-LAN networks based on customer business request requirements. This position is contingent upon award of the SENS3 Program.

Functional Responsibility:

The applicant shall provide management of assigned projects. This includes soliciting, developing and evolving project requirements through frequent and open stakeholder involvement, leveraging matrixed technical resources to develop project work break down structures, developing schedules and resource needs, establishing and managing project costs,

The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules; developing cost estimate ROMs; develop request for change (RFC) documentation for assigned and approved projects; solicit and refine requirements; work with project customers/stakeholders to ensure mission needs are met; provide transparent visibility of project status and take proactive action to address project risks/issues; forecast resources, work with the Engineering Projects Portfolio Manager, C-LAN Lead Engineer and HSDN Lead Engineer to identify, allocate and assign project resources.


  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned project team members.

  • Support creation of ROMs/BOMs in response to customer business requests.

  • Support development of standard project artifacts (designs, schedules, cost, etc)

  • Make transparent and visible to stakeholders the project status, risks and issues and facilitates proactive corrective action.

  • Develop briefings, position papers, and other supporting artifacts.


  • Current Secret Clearance

  • TS/SCI Eligible

  • DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years’ progressive IT Experience and Project Management

  • PMP Certified

  • Experience using Microsoft Project to track schedules and resource allocation

  • Demonstrated experience managing site deployment projects/activities

  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
