CACI International Project Portfolio Analyst (BR/RFC Support) in Chantilly, Virginia
Job Description: CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our DHS Secure Enterprise Network Systems, Services & Support (SENS3) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through SENS3 including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services.
CACI is looking for a Project Portfolio Analyst to assist in the management of the C-LAN and HSDN portfolio of projects and responding to customer requests for new projects. This position is contingent upon award of the SENS3 Program.
The applicant shall support the Project Portfolio Manager in managing the portfolio of SENS3 engineering projects. Primary RESPONSIBILITIES include developing Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) estimates for customer business requests (BR) and request for change (RFC) documentation as projects are funded and approved by the government contract officer. As part of this activity, the candidate will develop techniques, mechanisms and supporting documentation that enables more rapid response to BRs. Where possible the candidate will develop, and publish standard service catalog item pricing that enables customers to more rapidly budget for their priority projects streamlining the SENS3 mechanism obtaining approved and funded project work.
Create ROM estimates in response to customer business requests
Create RFC artifacts for approved and funded projects
Develop methods, techniques and artifacts that streamline and accelerate the BR and RFC process and responses
Develop cost estimating models and service catalog items with standard pricing structures that enable customers to more rapidly budget for their priority projects
Assist the Project Portfolio Manager in managing the portfolio of SENS3 Engineering ProjectsEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Current Secret Clearance
- DHS EOD Eligible (Active EOD preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years’ progressive experience as a business analyst helping to define customer requirements and develop cost estimates
- PMI-CAPM (desired)
- PMI-PBA (desired)
- Experience using Microsoft Project Server (desired)
- Experience with agile project management (desired)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
