Job Description:

Business process management (BPM) professional who engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. May manage teams to achieve process or project or technology solutions objectives. Has strong technical and functional knowledge on ARIS 9.8 platform. Helps design and build solutions frameworks on ARIS.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in managing a team of Modelers and designers

  • Knowledge on ARIS Modeling Platform 9.8 Connect Server and Business Publisher Server

  • • Establish modeling filters, templates, standard object libraries, users, maintain group hierarchy

  • • Customized model types, object types, attributes, symbols and other modeling aspects

  • • Ability to support ARIS user base and provide SME support to help resolve L1, L2 issues

  • • Create and conducted ARIS Connect designer training

  • • Develop ARIS scripts (JavaScript), reports, queries

  • • Ability to troubleshoot, build and Modify ARIS Process Governance flows

  • • Ability to configure the Simulation component of ARIS

  • Ability to build senior level relationships and influence

  • Orchestrate issues deep dive/resolution

  • Orchestrate complex problem solving, including issues deep dives, quality/cost improve

  • Understanding of the application of analytics/statistics to financial services

  • Regulatory and controls experience

  • 3-5 year strategic vision development

  • Industry and financial services innovation knowledge

  • Strategic MGP development

  • Executive deck building

  • Develop financial business cases

  • Expertise in process re-engineering and improvement
