Job Description:

his position will be part of the ETASC (Enterprise Technology Architect Shared Capabilities) Test Management capability team. Responsibilities include:

-Development and maintenance of tools and processes supporting this capability

-Plan and implement Tosca software roll-out and integration projects

-Assist in defining test automation strategy and test access

-Present concepts and methodology to bring test automation to the next level

-Actively contribute to share testing and tool knowledge inside of the testing team

-Provide demos of automation and testing tools in pilot projects as needed

'Share competence (documents, training sessions, pair-work etc.) with teams and customer

-Work in close cooperation with customers, partners and test automation specialists. Support manual test engineers, test project managers and other stakeholders

-Identify failures to meet quality standards through testing. Assessing issue severity and escalating as appropriate, maintaining ownership through to resolution

-Assist with system configuration and application support as required

-Develop expertise for Tosca Add-Ons and Tosca extensions. How to connect Tosca to several Tools and integrate into the whole test process at the customer

Required Skills:

  • 5-7 Years of Exp. NET and C# expertise

  • Experience in software implementations

  • Communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Knowledgeable in test automation strategies and methodologies

  • Test automation for various technologies

  • Skilled at requirements gathering, creation and management

  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand

  • Time management and prioritization

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent Communication Skills

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Tosca Testsuite product

  • Application Architectural Experience and Abstract Thinking

  • API driven testing and automation

  • Knowledge and experience in Agile methodology and practices

  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills
