Job Description:

Marketing Product Manager I – Digital – Charlotte, NC

The Digital Marketing Product Manager I role is responsible for driving the execution of online marketing programs, focusing on quality deposits account sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, consideration, and sales to prospects and existing Bank of America customers.

  • Leverage online channels, including mobile and desktop paid search, social, email, ATM, and placements on and the Bank of America mobile app.

  • Integrate closely with product marketing to develop digital strategies and provide input on overall marketing strategy.

  • Partner with teams inside and outside the organization, including segment marketing, product, eChannels, media, and agencies, to ensure integration and innovation.

  • Develop test and learn opportunities to improve performance.

  • Regularly review and understand campaign performance in order to optimize and make strategic decisions.

Required skills:

  • BS/BA

  • 5+ years of cross channel marketing experience

  • Works well independently and within a large, matrix organization

  • Project management

  • Can manage aggressive deadlines, complex approval processes, and multiple projects at once

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written skills

  • Agency partnership exp.

Desired skills:

  • Financial services experience

  • Campaign measurement background

  • Presenting to groups of all levels
