This role is predominately focused on: LOB Risk Management "The Global Liquidity Risk Management (GLRM) team is part of the Corporate Treasury organization. GLRMs purpose is to understand measure, analyze, monitor, and influence liquidity utilization across the corporation, as one global team, in order to ensure that Bank of America and its subsidiaries can meet all contractual and contingent financial obligations through typical market cycles as well as periods of stress. This is done while balancing an efficient use of excess liquidity in order to maximize shareholder value and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Global Liquidity Risk Management group consists of approximately 90 individuals primarily located in Charlotte, New York, London and Asia. This group is broken into 5 sub-groups, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Stress Testing, Forecasting and Line of Business. This specific role is within the Line of Business group within GLRM, specifically focusing on Corporate Treasury and Corporate Investments. The Line of Business group partners with front office, finance and balance sheet management to provide product expertise and contextual information to internal GLRM teams and ensure accurate reporting and effective liquidity risk management."" "Responsibilities for the teammate in this role include: -Develop an understanding of products, risks, regulation and data that would affect reporting, monitoring, stress testing, forecasting and management of liquidity risks within the Corporate Treasury domain. Specifically there will be a focus on funding of assets and intercompany loans and deposits. -Build, challenge and improve reporting processes and partner with technology to enhance data. -Actively partner with Lines of Business to provide contextual commentary to internal GLRM teams on current and pending activity and their effect on management reporting, regulatory reporting, forecasting and stress testing processes. -Contribute to liquidity risk initiatives related to regulatory and technology deliverables, specifically on intercompany relationships and funding activity. -Analyze financial data to create and validate management reporting and assist in developing stress assumptions and ensuring regulatory accuracy. -Build relationships with key business partners to facilitate effective flow of information that is necessary for risk management."" Enterprise Role Overview: Produce, monitor, and review liquidity reports. Develop processes to meet reporting requirements. Comply with and enhance documentation and control processes. Assist in data sourcing and analytics to improve liquidity risk reporting. Investigate reporting issues as they arise and escalate accordingly. Assist in defining technology requirements to enhance liquidity risk management capabilities. Participate in development of liquidity risk metrics, forecasting tools and early warning indicators. Assist in implementing new regulatory liquidity risk requirements. Develop and provide expertise in the liquidity risk drivers for specific businesses or products. Lead liquidity related projects. Create management presentations. Required Skills: Comfort working with complex Financial Products BS/BA (Finance/Accounting strongly preferred) Intermediate Excel, Modeling, Data Manipulation Process Improvement experience 2 years experience in the financial sector Strong communication, organization, presentation and analytical ability Problem solving skills with ability to question / analyze data for reasonableness or changes Strong business partner skills along with ability to meet multiple deadlines accurately Desired Skills: Analytical Abilities/Financial Acumen/Problem Solving Effectively Work with Others/Business Partnering Additional Desired Skills (""How Skills""): Analytical Abilities/Financial Acumen/Problem Solving Effectively Work with Others/Business Partnering Communication-Written Communication-Oral Initiative Business Mastery Leadership 2-5 Years of Experience
