POSITION PURPOSEInterline Brands, Inc. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 20%- Run and Create customer support documents for Sales, Sales Management and Customers. 5%- Distribute monthly and Quarterly reports to Sales, Sales Management and Customers. 5%- Coordinate with Corporate and National Account rollout announcements and supporting documents. 25%- Research and analyze customer discrepancies and issues to assist Sales and Sales Management in reaching a customer resolution. 25%- Work with other functional departments and manufacturers to coordinate, clarify and/or correct customer opportunities or resolutions in support of the Sales and Sales Management team. 20%- Other administrative tasks as required. NATURE AND SCOPE Reports to Sales Support Manager, National Accounts. Has no direct reports. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Additional Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize; attention to detail is very important. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and learn and adapt to varied work assignments. Knowledge of general office procedures and practices. Good organization, communication skills a must. College degree preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Proven ability in data entry with excellent accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
