ENTERPRISE ROLE OVERVIEW:
Supports for End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery. Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects. Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions. Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment. Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
P osition Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Manages, tracks, and reports a consolidated view of the Data Management project portfolio
Defines and manages overall Data Project Portfolio routines, reports, and input collection
Collaborates with Business Partners to ensure consistent information is collected, represented, and reported for Data projects
Collaborates closely with Technology Delivery Project Managers for resource allocations and alignment to overall initiative funding allocations
Manages and facilitates Key Initiative Portfolio reporting across Data Portfolio projects
Facilitates routines to review and report Portfolio health, status, and progress
Communicates Data Portfolio guidance and project reporting expectations across multiple business and technology teams
Provides Executive-level Data Portfolio Project Progress and Status
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent Project Portfolio Management and Reporting Skills
Excellent Project Financial Management skills
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to work in person, virtually, and in a globally-staffed environment
Able to influence, lead, and communicate effectively across technology peers, business units, managers and senior leadership
Adept at handling multiple tasks and adapt to daily changing requirements
7 – 10+ years organizational operations and administrative experience
Knowledge of technology systems, banking systems, and operational servicing
Educational Requirements: AAS/BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
