Line of Business Job Description:
Balance Sheet and Capital Management Technology is looking for a techie with team lead experience to lead the development and delivery of some of the horizontal components of the of the next generation capital calculations platform. This is a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and the right candidate will have proven capability to multi task and deliver on tight timelines.

Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees are expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience. This job code is only to be used for associates supporting Global Markets.
Team lead experience minimum 3 years
Hands on technology experience in python/java/j2ee minimum 10 years
Some database experience highly desired.
Background in solution architecture/technical design preferred
Ability to work with and manage distributed teams.
Ability and desire to work in matrix, flat org structure
Ability to work with all stakeholders to deliver product in timely manner.
