Enterprise Role Overview:

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. May manage staff.

Position description:

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience. May manage staff.

  • Manage cross functional operational risk programs and projects by driving communication and coordination across multiple GBAM Technology divisions to ensure the timely completion of objectives and the seamless execution of plans. Lead and/or coordinate special projects and programs.

  • LMA Governance – Execute on LMA governance program, covering all phases of identification and control execution. Partner with Tech teams and business leads to identify, evaluate, and disposition LMA as needed. Create reporting demonstrating status of LMAs in each phase of the program. Ensure compliance with program requirements, including documenting exceptions and recommending self-identification of issues.

  • AIT Data Quality QA – Execute on AIT Data Quality QA program, including identifying, tracking , and reporting on exceptions, aging, and escalating as needed.

  • Other, including building a sustainable risk culture and risk management program within GBAM Tech, managing metrics and providing transparency, leading GBAM Tech participation in risk activities.

  • Excellent communication skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Minimum 3 years technology experience, experience in Markets technology or Institutional / Corp Investment technology strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years risk and control experience.

  • The strongest candidates will have a love for problem solving, great partnership and communication skills.
