Job Description:

The Program Oversight and Controls team is part of the Global Procurement organization. The primary focus of the team is establishing the policy and standards for the Third Party Program, managing the risk assessment and controls framework, and assessment of the execution of the Third Party Program.

The teammate in this role is responsible for:

  • participating in the design of risk identification and control strategies and implementing business and technology change initiatives related to the risk and controls framework

  • Incorporating feedback and best practices related to the existing risk assessment tool (i.e. Deal Risk Assessment, Vendor Level Risk Assessment, etc.)

  • soliciting and incorporating input from control function business partners (e.g. Global Information Security, Global Compliance, etc.) to maintain the risk assessment tool

  • determining how to evolve the risk and controls framework to ensure sustainability of this key component of the Third Party Program

The teammate will develop business partner relationships with others within the team as well as key contacts and roles within the Third Party Program model. Key competencies include critical thinking, proficiency in communication and to effectively engage Global Procurement and Front Line Unit and Control Function leaders, ability to coordinate bodies of work across teams, and ensuring quality and consistency of output.

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA Degree plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

  • Advanced background in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation

  • Efficient communication (verbal and written) skills as well as ability to present to various audiences effectively

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Global Procurement and associated processes and operations, such as Vendor Management

  • Familiarity with the Third Party Program risk assessment tool and associated processes

  • Familiarity with Ariba, VRPM, and BICS

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including quality assurance (e.g. UAT)
