Bank of America Senior Data Support Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
This position is responsible for the CRR data incident management process, which includes tracking, metrics, prioritization, resolution planning, CCAR CFO Attestation Issues evaluation, executive preparation for data incident disposition meetings and securing funding for remediation efforts. The successful candidate must have the capability to communicate and articulate the data incident resolution process to the CRR department and articulate data incident details to finance, regulatory reporting, technology and GFC executives.
Performs data research to support CRR data management process
Performs eDIM incidient assessments to determine and/or validate root cause
Analyzes incidents to determine cross reporting impacts
Documents research and assessments in language and terms that resonate with finance, technology and executive leadership.
Coordinator between CRR and Authorized Data Sources and Enterprise Data Management
Easily rationalize complex data flows
5-10 years of banking experience.
Ability to communicate with Senior Leaders
Ability to lead, organize and drive peers and teammates
Strong understanding of data in the context of bank financial reporting
Capability to read and translate SQL
Previous bank financial reporting experience
