Job Description:

The Global Procurement Regulatory Exam & Governance team is part of the Global Corporate Services organization. The primary focus of our team is to manage enterprise governance routines, issues management and remediation, and additional processes supporting third party oversight. Additionally, the team is responsible to support regulatory exam requests for exams with third party impact. Our business partners include Third Party Portfolio Executives, Enterprise Vendor Managers, Compliance and Risk. Key priorities for our team are to manage and execute the third party governance routines and manage the issues escalation and triggers process, along with support Global Procurement Issues management and remediation and regulatory requests.

The teammate in this role is responsible for participating in the sustainable process design and implementation of the governance framework for the third party program, managing the Global Procurement issues management process, and supporting internal Audit and external regulatory requests. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with Audit, Compliance, Risk, FLU/CFs and other Global Procurement team members.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • 2 years’ business process design experience

  • Strong business partnering experience (skills including the ability to interact and communicate equally well within all levels of an organization)

  • Strong project or exam management experience

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Attention to detail and high quality work product(s)

  • Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment

Desired Skills:

  • MBA a plus

  • Third party/vendor management experience

  • Analytical abilities, financial acumen, problem solving

  • Effectively work with others/business partnering

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Initiative, business mastery, leadership
