Team Overview

  • The Merrill Edge Performance Team is responsible for supporting investment sales activities through financial planning, reporting and analytics. The team provides performance and productivity insight to guide business decisions and planning, with a focus on new client activity, FTE management and incentive design. Specialist roles supported include: Field Based Financial Solutions Advisors, Home Office Financial Solutions Advisors, Banking Financial Advisors and Senior Relationship Managers

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Design and manage reporting and analytics routines that support new account and asset growth activity:

  • Performance Reporting and Forecasting

  • FTE Planning and Productivity Analytics

  • Incentive Design, Goaling and Expense Forecasting

  • Client Asset Flows

  • Pro Forma Analysis

  • Provide performance updates to executive stakeholders and key partners, connecting insights into business strategy and influencing decisions and outcomes

  • Enhance data resources and reporting processes with a focus on evolving business needs, efficiency and operational risk management

  • Partner with the line of business, analytics, finance and compensation partners to develop sound assumptions, models and data requirements

Role Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • 3+ years of professional work experience within the financial services industry

  • Located in Charlotte, NC
